Charges (All figures include VAT)
Landlords – The following fees may apply

Initial registration £150 (fee covers the administrative costs of checking landlord’s identity, ownership of property and compliance with statutory requirements)
Full management 12-18% of rents collected e.g. 12% fee on monthly rent of £500 would be £72 including VAT of £12 (fees dependent on nature and location of property)
Let and collect 9.6% of rents collected e.g. 9.6% fee on monthly rent of £500 would be £48 including VAT of £8
Tenant find only Sum equivalent to first month’s rent e.g. fee on monthly rent of £500 would be £500 including VAT of £83.34 (£150 payable on landlord registration with balance at the commencement of the tenancy)
Additional services e.g. obtaining estimates for and/or overseeing refurbishments Additional fees payable dependent on work undertaken. A fee will be provided and agreed at the time


Tenants – The following fees may apply:


Single person registration, administration and documentation fees (total) £150
Additional person registration, administration and documentation fees (where required) £90
Guarantor administration fee (where required) £60
Replacement keys Cost plus 20%
Call out if locked out:Office hours

Outside office hours



Professional cleaning (if required at the end of a tenancy to return the property to its original condition) Cost plus 20%

Full details of the services undertaken in respect of fees payable by tenants are shown below:
Prospective Tenants’ and Guarantors’ Administration fees – These fees are for all work undertaken when dealing with an application which includes carrying out reference and credit checks (including charges paid to any third party service providers) and preparing all of the paperwork that is required to go with a new tenancy and/or guarantee documents. These fees are not refundable.

Other fees and charges – Other fees and charges – An administration charge of 20% of the cost of work (including VAT) may be charged to tenants where a third party contractor is employed to undertake work such as cleaning or repairs at the end of a tenancy.
