Unlike many businesses who deal with property lettings and sales, property management is the only business we understand.

The Collier Family has been in property ownership in the Tees Valley area for more than a quarter of a century. The experience gained over these years is now being used to look after other Landlords’ properties.

We have a mix of Professional, Student and DSS properties, all managed to the same high standard from our office in central Middlesbrough.

The business is owned by David and Judith Collier and they are assisted by 3 staff who together have been with the business for 29 years, very high levels of experience and continuity for a property management business. David has personally had over 35 years involvement with his own family property investment businesses. He is also senior partner of leading North East Solicitors Archers Law LLP. Collier Property Management therefore has easy access to specialist advice if it is needed.

Judith Collier has spent over 14 years managing rented property in the private sector having previously worked in a similar capacity for Housing Associations Bradford & Northern and North Housing (now part of Home Group).

Lindsay Thompson-Moore joined Collier Property Management in 2002 when the business first started, and has experience of both managing rented properties and refurbishing properties to rent. Our ‘shopping’ service has been particularly popular with our landlords (we are all women and therefore more than happy to shop, even for houses!). Lindsay is particularly talented at this and has a following of happy landlords with properties purchased at a reasonable price in the right areas, refurbished if required, tenanted and managed. Debbie Wilkinson has been with the business for 7 years and is responsible for the accounts side of the business. Debbie has a talent for numbers a sense of humor and a pretty face. She is particularly good at chasing any tenants who may get into arrears and often visits those with financial problems. She shares the responsibility for month end payments with outside book keeper Heather Cartmell, who visits once a month to assist.

Lynsey Cammiss joined us 5 years ago to help with the more general administration. Inventories, inspections, viewings, Deposit Protection Service paperwork in respect of Bonds Tenancy Agreements, Credit checks and referencing are quietly and tidily dealt with and filed in the correct place.
