Collier Property Management LLP has been formed to serve the needs of the growing buy to let market in the Tees Valley area. It enables the experience gained in managing properties owned by the Collier family to become available to others involved in the rented property sector.
Chairman David Collier has had over 25 years involvement
with his own family property investment businesses that have provided rented
residential property. He is also senior partner of leading North East Solicitors
Archers.
Collier Property Management therefore has easy access to specialist advice
if
it is needed.
Judith Collier has spent over 8 years managing rented property in the private sector after working in a similar capacity for Housing Associations Bradford and Northern and North Housing (now Home Housing).
Lindsay Thompson-Moore has experience of both managing rented property and refurbishing properties to rent and therefore brings an additional dimension to the team.
