Repairs are always responded to in a timely fashion where possible, they have always been helpful and accommodating when an issue has arisen that needed resolving, and I could always trust that it would be taken care of in a manner that suited my requirements as well as those of the company.
My accommodation was in great condition when I moved in and steps were taken to ensure it stayed that way.

I’m currently renting with Collier Property Management and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. They were very helpful in showing me round their available properties, which were all maintained to a very high standard. They clearly care about their tenants and provide high quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Sorting out the paperwork and moving in was easy and when my boiler broke one night they responded almost immediately and sent someone out the next day to fix it, without me having to organise anything. They’re very hands on and always reply to emails quickly. All in all, I would definitely rent with them again and recommend them to others.
